Some of these stories are shortened versions of the books, I only worked this out when I was re reading a story I had already read and found large chunks of the story missing. As the books are cheap I can understand this but it would have been nice to know before I purchased the books. If someone, like myself are using these books to decide if they want to read other books by the same author they may miss judge.Product details

SPOILERS I read a LOT, and my favorite is ADULT romance (yes,SEX). I had a difficult time with this series. First they are not books!! They are chapters which thoughly makes me mad. But the story is too slow and nothing but sex. Tell me about the characters, make me fall in love with them..It seems like Logan is a 40 year old one page and a 16 year old on the next. Don't get me wrong, I love the sex but give me a plot, storyline something other than 'oh, oh, oh" on every page,.. I haven't finished yet (which should indicate interest level) but I'm tired of "please take my virginity,,.no, later" ugh. not a very smooth storyline (I'm thinking they are in college,but never attend or have friends outside the mansion??) Definitely NOT a page turner.
Glad this was a freebie --- a good couple of quick reads, some stories better than others.
I enjoyed Club Shadowlands by Cherise Sinclair the most....perhaps because it seemed plausible, I liked Jessica, also her willingness to look into herself and go back into the "party" when she wasn't certain about herself, her wants or needs. Master Z / Zachary is well....kinda hot. He's knowledgeable, respected and in control. And he likes cats given the fact that "Galahad" gets the introduction and subsequently "approves" of Jessica -- but then Zachary also has an affinity for calling Jessica by the nickname "Kitten" which is sort of sweet. I mean, any man than has a soft spot for animals is sort of irresistible in my book!!
My 2nd favorite was probably Offside by Juliana Stone. The triplets sure seem like trouble, there was a lot of focus on the one triplet who wasn't even in the state --- only to have her show up and kind of come off as a whack job. Sure, seems like all three have their quirks and are cast into certain roles the out of town whack job who apparently had her way with half the town when they were younger, the hockey jock who falsely pretended to be the aforementioned whack job sister to hook up with Mr. Hot Stuff umpteen years ago and then the bitchy one with the doofy, boring fiancée. Sooo yeah. If focusing on the aspect of the "love story" between the hockey sister and object of her lifelong affection -- it's not awful.
Teasing Trent was probably my 3rd favorite story out of the six.
The Awakening wasn't bad -- but I found it was forgettable. perhaps because it was early in the book, perhaps just nothing notable about the characters. Not sure.
Dane?? meh. That's a skipper. can't recall much of that story other than yawning.
Finally, Delilah's Diary was also a bit of a snooze -- I debated continuing onto the whole series, but really -- it was more annoying than anything that a compilation book doesn't actually finish the story. I think items in a box set like this should be able to be read as standalone books. Not a teaser for other books and/or continuations.
Although the price of the collection could not be beat ($0.00), it left much to be desired. Out of the 6 books/stories in the collection, I had already read 'Delilah's Diary #1'. 'Offside' and 'Club Shadowlands', were complete works, and the other three stories were basically just teasers to get you to buy the books,which I find quite annoying, to be honest.
As to the two complete works, I enjoyed them quite a bit, and liked the fact that the stories were totally different from each other. In 'Offside', Billie-Jo is one of the Barker triplets, and an ex-women's pro hockey player whose career ended after suffering a concussion. Now she's back home and near the man she has never forgotten. This was a fairly innocent romance, with a bit of passion, but not the scorching hot kind.
'Club Shadowlands' on the other hand is all BDSM fantasy. Jessica, a BBW who accidentally finds herself at the club, and is soon getting a hands-on education straight from Master Z, the club's owner.
I suppose getting two good stories free is a great deal, but I wish I could have enjoyed all 6 stories, as I had hoped to.
